Terms of Use

Dernière mise à jour : 2026-10-19

Cette page existe en anglais et en chinois simplifié ; elle est affichée ici en anglais. Versions : English · 简体中文

These terms apply to your use of Fuel (getfuel.dev): a free directory of AI tools with idea boards, team-up posts and tip pages. By using the site you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub. Keep your GitHub account secure — you are responsible for what happens under your Fuel account. Don't impersonate other people or projects, and don't create accounts to get around a suspension.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. You give Fuel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display and share it on the service — including in badges, share images, embeds and the leaderboard — for as long as it is on Fuel.

Only post what you have the right to post. If you list a tool, you should be one of its authors or maintainers, or say clearly that you are not.

Rules for content and behaviour

Don't post anything illegal, malware or deliberately harmful code, spam, scams or fraudulent payment links, harassment or hate, sexual content involving minors, or other people's private information.

Don't manipulate rankings, votes, follows or statistics (fake accounts, scripted clicks, vote trading), and don't misrepresent what a tool does.

Don't attack, overload or scrape the service in ways that disrupt it.

We may remove content, hide listings or suspend accounts that break these rules, and may do so without notice when needed to protect people or the service.

Money and tips

Fuel never holds or transfers money and takes no cut. Tips are paid directly to creators through third-party services (such as PayPal, GitHub Sponsors or Ko-fi) under those services' own terms.

Fuel is not a party to those payments and cannot refund, reverse or guarantee them. Thank-you notes, payout links and suggested splits are provided by users and are not verified. Creators are responsible for their payout links and for any taxes on what they receive.

Third-party tools and links

Tools, ideas and links on Fuel come from their authors. Fuel does not review, endorse or guarantee them. Check a tool before you install or run it, and use it at your own risk.

No warranty

Fuel is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent the law allows, the maintainers of Fuel are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using Fuel at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the Contact page). We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, and we may change or discontinue features of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using Fuel after a change, the updated terms apply.
